A complex of twenty swimming pools ranging in design with temperatures varying between 28 and 40 degrees. Three are fed with heated sea water, two are designed for children, and one is 33 metres long for those who wish to swim with absolute freedom. All the other pools are filled with thermal water drawn from under the ground, 4 pools undercover.
After you have tried the thermal spas, the natural sauna built into the rocks and a Japanese bath, you can walk along a shingle path that alternates underfoot between hot (40°) and cold (15°) designed to boost circulation to your limbs and give you a general sense of wellbeing. There are three restaurants all within the parkland offering the best local Mediterranean cooking, the most atmospheric being the 'Cave of Wine', built into an antique wine cellar that was excavated out of the rocks.
Accessed from the garden, guests can also enjoy a long golden beach lapped by clear blue waters that are surrounded by the myths of the Roman Goddess Venere Citarea.
Special attention was paid to conserving the environment when designing the swimming pools and thermal spas within the park, the plants were specifically chosen as native to the Mediterranean area and this locality in particular, and the sun beds and umbrellas are all made with natural materials.
