Forio d'Ischia

Details

Il Saturnino restaurant offers inviting, luminous surroundings with views overlooking the fishing boats and harbour of Forio stretching all the way to the headland of Punta Zaro.

The restaurant was open in 1944 by an American who settled and soon became a rendezvous for artists, writers and Jazz musicians. In 1997, 16 years after the death of the American owner, Filippo, the restaurant was taken over by chef Ciro and his wife, Stefania.

All dishes can be accompanied with a wide selection of local and regional wines.

Il Saturnino Restaurant, situated in Forio, is accessible by car, taxi and micro-taxi and on foot from the centre, hydrofoil port, taxi-rank and bus-stop where services no. 1, 2, CD, CS, run frequently from Ischia Porto and Sant’Angelo.
