HOTEL BOOKINGS


Do I have to pay OnIschia any commission or extra charges for my booking?
No, clients are not required to pay any extra charges or commission with OnIschia.

Why are my credit card details required when booking?
The hotel endeavours to reserve rooms chosen by you; valid credit card details are required only to guarantee the booking, however payment is NOT deducted from the credit card from OnIschia. Payment can then be made directly at the hotel by various means; credit card, bank transfer, cheque or cash.

How can I search for a hotel?
On the top left-side of the screen on the homepage you will find a "Search Hotels" box; just fill in the given fields and a list of available hotels will appear.
Alternatively you can go to the "Hotels" section on the title menu, and search using key words, star-rating of the hotel or request a specific area. Then click on to the hotel you are interested in to see further details.
What if there is no availability at the hotel I have chosen?
Should there be no availability we advise you call us at +39.081.3339337 or send us an email; uour customer advisors will be delighted to propose alternative solutions suited to your demands.

How is my booking confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking.

How can I change a booking?
Changes can be made through our booking system. You first need to cancel the booking (you will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation), and then proceed to make a new booking.

PAYMENTS


What payment methods are accepted for hotel stays?
You are required to provide valid credit card details to guarantee your reservation on booking.
Payment is made directly at the hotel by various methods; credit card, bank transfer, cheque or cash.
OnIschia will not debit your credit card for the costs of hotel bookings.
In case of "non-refundable" rates which are usually linked to special offers and promotions, the hotel reserves the right to debit the entire cost of stay prior to arrival.

I do not have a credit card, can I make a booking?
Yes, you can. If you do not have a credit card, contact us directly at +39.081.3339337or send us an emailto make a booking.

What payment methods are accepted to pay for non-hotel services (i.e. transfers, bus, train and air tickets)?
Payment can be made using the following:

1. Credit card; insert your details in the "payments" section
