Il Pirata, renowned on the island since 1940 and popular with celebrities who head to Sant’Angelo in summer months, is located on the old harbour.The colourful restaurant, adorned with bright flowers and boldly painted terracotta crockery, produced by the same family in their nearby workshop, enjoys an inimitable lively atmosphere typical of the Mediterranean, with tables overlooking the harbour and comfy chairs ideal for whiling away the hours enjoying fantastic aperitifs served with a tasty selection of appetizers. Fish and seafood specialities include linguine agli scampi, grilled fresh catch of the day, and a creative selection of starters and pasta dishes, all served with excellent local and regional wines.

Bus services no. 1, CS and CD stop at the main bus terminal at Cavagrado, a 10 minute walk from Sant’Angelo. Private car parks are located nearby.
